h567 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "h567" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at h567.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the h567 platform by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an Account and uses the h567 platform services.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support, and payment processing functions made available through the h567 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means the value of funds in a User's Account derived from actual deposits and/or withdrawal-eligible winnings, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, conducted by h567 in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which Account balances are denominated on the h567 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.

By accessing the h567 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any h567 Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the h567 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the h567 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register for and use h567 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration or use of the h567 platform by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of h567, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless h567 has provided express written consent.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on any h567 account or affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information for the duration of your Account.

h567 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the h567 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different identities, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. h567 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify h567 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. h567 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered Users from within the Account security settings.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting h567 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. h567 reserves the right to close any Account, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.

h567 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. h567 does not accept deposits from payment methods in the name of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's own name.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and credited to the User's Account balance promptly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

• h567 does not charge fees on deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may attract charges applied by the User's own bank, which are the User's sole responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the h567 deposit page and are subject to change at h567's discretion with reasonable notice.
• h567 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with any deposit, particularly where a deposit is of an unusually high value.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon written request, provided no wagers have been placed using the deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. h567 operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy whereby funds are returned, wherever possible, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are ordinarily processed within the same business day for amounts within standard limits. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically credited within one to two hours of processing approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days to clear, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. h567 may, at its discretion, place a withdrawal on hold pending receipt and review of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit, and, where required, proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• h567 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal approval pending investigation of any Account suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the h567 withdrawal page and may be updated from time to time.

h567 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered within thirty (30) days of issuance, after which they will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus offers are available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. h567 will void bonuses where it determines that multiple Accounts are being used to exploit promotional offers.
• h567 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirements already in progress at the time of such modification will be honoured under the terms originally communicated.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional banner or marketing communication and the full promotion terms, the full promotion terms shall prevail.

All casino games available on the h567 platform, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and virtual games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game rules are displayed within each game interface and must be read before play commences.

h567 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. All results are determined by the RNG and are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, h567 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake placed. Winnings resulting from a malfunctioning game shall be considered void.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game lobby and individual game interface.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game format as presented by the live dealer and as set out in the game-specific rules documentation.
• h567 reserves the right to remove any game from its platform at any time without prior notice.

h567's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), football, and other sports as listed in the h567 sportsbook at any given time. All bets are subject to the h567 Sportsbook Rules, which are available in full within the h567 sportsbook section.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket matches, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) are treated as the primary result authorities for Pakistan domestic and international fixtures respectively. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, h567's standard settlement rules for that event type will apply.

• h567 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or manifest error in pricing.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are set out in the h567 Sportsbook Rules and may vary by sport and market type.
• h567 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any betting market, or to restrict access to certain markets, for any User at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. h567 is not liable for delays in live data that may affect in-play market availability or pricing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h567 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating or enabling access by any person under 21.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the h567 platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the h567 platform to pass funds through gaming activities with no genuine intent to engage in the games offered.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with deposits where the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward h567 employees or other Users via any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in h567 Account access or Account balances.

All content on the h567 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is the property of h567 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants any User a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any h567 content.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h567 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is automatically revoked upon any breach of these Terms.

h567 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the h567 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h567 will share User data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to do so by law or as necessary to provide the Services. h567 will not sell User personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

h567's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h567 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. h567 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

h567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, h567 will endeavour to provide registered Users with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the h567 platform.

The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date, will always be accessible via the h567 website. Continued use of the h567 platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h567 holds its primary gaming licence, as may be notified to Users from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between a User and h567, the User should first contact h567 customer support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. h567 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under h567's gaming licence. Details of the designated body will be provided upon request from h567 customer support.
